Spectacular find: In my early adolescence, I carried my little transistor radio, the size of a wrapped larger deck of cards. I lived 50 miles south of Pittsburgh and the only cool channels. Can you imagine the joy of pulling in a station, hearing a great song; for ex. Summer In The City: and just like that, another stations seems to steal the airtime of the pop music areas . But, I remember going to a put up in one night “Carnival” with 8-10 amusement rides: small coast, merry go round, something that spun guaranteed to bring on severe nausea to 8 out of 10 riders. As I walk drawing power daway with stomach issues, I come upon Merry-Go-Round. From the giant speakers, comes the song “96 Tears”. The crowd sings along, my stomach problems fade away. This tune had a drawing pull like no other song: a huge childhood memory.. I found a near Mint to Mint album vinyl/ near mint or better cover,, this is a real beauty!!!!! Even the inner sleeve looks as though it had been pressed from the dry cleaners big press. This record album is one of my greatest finds in more than 60 years and with the purchase of at least 5,000 albums over that range of time, shows how huge this purchase has been. I stare at it, and believe that it is a bar of gold, a treasure. I am listing it now with a tear moving down my cheek. Even my dog howls for she knows what is going on. Great find
