Description

This is a truly classic LP- Ukulele Ike's (Cliff Edwards) "I'm a Bear In A Lady's Boudoir", released in 1974 on Yazoo, L-1047.  The amazing artwork was done by the neurotic 78 collector R CRUMB.  Ukulele Ike's hokum material is well represented here, including his amazing "party" records from the 1930's.  Ike was a large figure in the popular culture of the 1920's and beyond.  He was a notorious drug user, the voice of Jiminy Cricket in "Pinocchio", and one hell of a performer.

The Vinyl is in Very Good condition with the exception of a skip on side B-track 4) It Had to Be You.  The Cover is in Near Mint condition and looks great!

I am in serious need of some cash, and you now get to benefit.  Check out the many rare records listed from my personal collection.  Everything begins at $9.99.  Many genres are represented here: afrobeat, roots, blues, jazz, psych, funk, experimental, punk, pop oddities, and the indescribable.  Quality of the records vary, but everything is top notch musical quality.  I don’t want to get rid of these records, and I’ll likely have to sell more from my collection.  Enjoy the bidding process, and thank you for helping out a poor music junkie in need.
