I am very excited to offer you the MEGA-RARE & OUT-OF-PRINT 2009 EU exclusive Strictly Limited Edition 4-track 12" single issued as part of the 'From The Capitol Vaults' series and pressed on Audiophile Quality 45rpm 180gram VINYL, including 'Creep' [Album Version], 'Yes I Am', 'Blow Out' [Remix] and 'Inside My Head' [Live], presented in a lavish sleeve embossed with a silver Radiohead logo and a 10" x 5" wrap-around replica of the original release artwork attached to the sleeve!

This example remains sealed from new in the original manufactur's shrink wrap. Unplayed vinyl pressing is still sealed within. The jacket is in mint condition (No Cuts, No Ring Wears).
