I'm not a professional record grader. See pics for condition.
No major issues noticed other than: (1) Album jacket has edge wear on top side in the very middle (2) "Modern World" inner sleeve has separation at bottom center (it can still hold the record). See pics for all this stuff.
I bought this over 10 years ago from a reputable local record shop, and it's been sitting unplayed on my record shelf ever since.
Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
