Yes, I owned a record store from 1988-2002 and sold these at my store when it was released. I had originally bought this for my personal Radiohead collection, when it first came out (along with all Radiohead's other titles). It is factory sealed but the shrinkwrap has split along the top and opening side in time and has just about 1/2" or so of seal left on the bottom of opening edge. Records are not accessible until that small remaining seal is popped down.
