Radiorama, a duo whose career was steered by a pair of experienced producers (an arrangement typical for the time), were operative between the mid 1980s and the early 2000s, though it's their Italo-disco era work that remains most sought after. Here, one of their catalogue highlights, 1986's 'Aliens', is given the reissue treatment. Side A sports the original mixes: the chugging, high camp Euro-synth-pop-meets Italo vibe of the 'Vocal' and the even slower and more intergalactic-sounding 'Another Version' mix. Italo digger and remixer Flemming Dallum delivers a lightly sped up and tooled-up Italo take on the reverse, before DJ TinTin does similar, with the aid of some distinctively big Fairlight-CMI orchestral stabs.
