There's a worrying looking scratch at the start of side one but it's not really noticeable during play. 

"The Raincoats introduced four English women parked on the fringes of conventional pop music. Or were they just an avant-garde Roches? The harmonies are there and the lyrics are esoteric and philosophical, eschewing predictable sentiments, but the music comes together only in spurts. A cover of the Kinks' "Lola" plays havoc with the song's gender enigma. The rest of the material just plays havoc." – trouser press

Grading

I've done my best to grade by the Record Collecter grading standard as follows: 

MINT (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

CDs and DVDs will look and play just fine.

Returns

If you don't find the item to be as described, I'll happily refund the cost of the item if it is returned within 28 days.

Postage & Packing

UK by 1st Class post - GBP2.50 for 1st LP or 12" plus GBP1.00 each additional.

Europe by Air - GBP3.50 for 1st LP or 12" plus GBP1.50 each additional.

Rest of World by Air - GBP6.00 for 1st LP or 12" plus GBP2.50 each additional.

Double albums count as 2 LPs.
