Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1961 GONE RECORDS U.S. LP (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) titled 'Takin' Care Of Business' from Elvis soundalike Ral Donner. It is Gone Records U.S.catalog number LP 5012, laminated front cover with hype sticker, thick rigid vinyl deep groove pressing.
Tracks:
A1 Turn Back The Clock 2:36 A2 I Didn't Figure On Him 2:00 A3 Lonely Star 2:20 A4 You Don't Know What You've Got (Until You Lose It) 2:14 A5 With You Now 2:48 A6 Nine Times Out Of Ten 2:19 A7 I Don't Need You 3:07 B1 School Of Heartbreakers 2:24 B2 Please Don't Go 2:13 B3 She's My Baby 2:24 B4 Girl Of My Best Friend 2:15 B5 Your Skies Of Blue (Will Turn Grey On You) 2:47 B6 For Love Nor Money 2:18 B7 Pray For Me 2:40
Condition of record is better than is usually seen with this LP - Visual condition of play surface is a high VG++ with a very few visible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Record plays with some hissing background surface noise throughout (I believe this is inhereint in the pressing and not the result of use) and a little scattered light surface crackle. Condition of cover is VG+ with a few small areas along the edges where the top layer of paper is worn away, some ring and contact wear, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners. This ORIGINAL 1961 PRESS LP would be a nice addition to any early 1960s rock-n-roll record collection! Media mail postage within the U.S. is $4.00. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE NOTE: NEW FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S EXCEPT FOR CANADA (17.50) AND GERMANY is $24.00 - YES IT'S CRAZY, THIS IS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AS OF 1/27, NOT ME!!! PLEASE NOTE: AN EXTRA $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SHIPMENTS VALUED OVER $50.00 GOING TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. ALSO, DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $14.00 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY. I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES. Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP in the above stated condition if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
