Description
Radio Show Transcription Disc From 1939. Two 15 minute radio shows on this 16 inch, black lacquer, 33 1/3 rpm disc. This disc was recorded for reference purposes only and not available to the general public, very rare!
"The Ralston Tom Mix Straight Shooters" in this episode, Tom Mix suspects Jack Sergeant of smuggling a gun into the jail and giving it to Simon Blake so he could escape. The program includes 2 announcements for Tom Mix's pocket sized flashlight that can throw a red, green or white light at the turn of a dial! Available for 2 Ralston box tops or 1 Ralston box top and 10 cents. There is no label or date on this side of the disc. 15 minutes. NBC WENR, Chicago

Disc is in very good condition condition. The sound on the Tom Mix program is very good to excellent. The sound on the Happy Gilman Family is pretty noisy, only in good sound
