Description

Here's an unreleased demo of an undocumented tune by Randy Newman entitled "He's a Real Nice Guy." The demo starts with Randy speaking, explaining that it's meant to be a duet between a boy and a girl, and that the female singer should sound "sweet," while the male singer should sound "lecherous." He then launches into the tune, accompanying himself on piano. The demo was recorded for A. Schroeder Music, sometime in the mid-'60s. The disc is in VG+ condition. Playback is excellent with some light crackle.
