Description
Well anyone that knows anything about the history of West Coast Hip Hop and the main influencers back in the day that cemented this art form into the hearts of the world will know all about the gangster rap innovators NWA and each individual member. One of those members was the often overlooked MC Ren but dont let that fool you as this is one seriously talented MC. Over time other members of the group got more success and fame, namely Dr Dre, Ice Cube and Easy-E but simply put, NWA would not have been the same without any of the members, they all held their own and were all vital to their success.
This auction is for one of the rarer records you can find from that era and this is MC Ren's album The Villain in Black on12" vinyl. This was released on Easy-E's Ruthless Records label back in 1996, this is the original version for sale here.
The vinyl is still in great condition, however the sleeve does show signs of wear simply down to the number of years I have had this in the collection, over 25 years! There are a couple of noticeable scuff marks on the cover as you can hopefully see in the phots included but hopefully that wont detract from the actual record included!
