We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

RARE to be found, a clean playing 1964 RAINBOW 6000 SERIES first pressing of the 14-track MONO "Twist And Shout"LP with unique cover design and tracking selection only to this title...completely sought after collectible... The Twist and Shout Beatles album from 46 years ago(!) is a high energy up-beat rocker that solidified the band as the leading exponent of the charging British Invasion ...
Contains the (rare) original printed inner sleeve...
In MONO...the songs have different mixes from the stereo release and contains a solid deep punch in the sound production which is warm and alive...a different sound from the stereo issue...
The Beatles' TWIST AND SOUT is composed exclusively of uptempo numbers, and for this reason is a favorite of some Beatles aficionados and rock critics. "The Beatles' Twist And Shout stands as probably best pure rock & roll album ever issued of the group's music", wrote the Beatlemania Monthly.
This was the second Canadian only release from Capitol of Canada. The release date was February 03 1964 and the catalogue number is Capitol of Canada T-6054. Original copies of this record were only available in mono. The front cover of the LP has a pink background at the top third of the front with the words "twist and shout" and "The Beatles" written in white (for the former) and black (for the latter). This made the LP stand out from others with it's bright colour flashing at the buyer when the album was lifted up from the rack. A great idea for marketing purposes. The front black and white photo was taken from the UK Parlophone "Twist and Shout" EP showing the Beatles jumping over what looks like building rubble. The front cover also tells us that this LP is part of the "6000 series" and a blurb on the right side of the front covers tells us the LP contains the song "She Loves You".The songs contained on this LP features tracks 3, 4, 5, 6,7 from side one of the UK LP "Please Please Me" (Parlophone PMC 1202) and continues with track 1 from side two of PMC 1202 and the single "From Me To You" to end side one. Side two opens with tracks 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 from side two of the "Please Please Me" Parlophone UK LP and the last track is the single mix "She Loves You".

CONDITION: The cover is top clean "EX" (excellent) stiff and sharp, has no soft areas, even pocket opening is stiff and crisp = front and back are really clean = with no split seams, no bends, no writing = Rare **MONO** collectible from 1964!
The vinyl both sides are glossy VG+(+) some minor top surface (soft) hairlines, vastly clear, play graded very clean = the audio is 'nice' and enjoyable throughout...the RAINBOW CAPITOL 6000 labels are clean ...
