Specifics:
Up for sale is a VERY RARE Beatles album. An original early 1964 copy of "Introducing ... The Beatles" on Vee Jay record with the rarer 'Love Me Do' and 'P.S. I Love You' tracks instead of the later and more common 'Please, Please Me' and 'Ask Me Why'. Among the very first ever released in North America, this L.P. would have been the first Beatles albums available for sale in the United States. This album is on Vee Jay records, the company that sold Beatles albums in the United States before Capitol earned the exclusive rights to do so. It is in mono, it has the column title back. This album is 100% guaranteed to be an authentic copy, it passes all tests.
- George's shadow is clearly visible on the front cover.
- The back slick does not feature the printing error on the "H" of "A Taste Of Honey"
- The L.P.'s matrix features several machine stamped factory marks, nearly impossible to fake.
- The L.P.'s label features "The Beatles" above the spindle hole, something that 99% of fakes get wrong.
- The L.P.'s label features a vibrant color-band that has very smooth transitions between colors.
Overview:

Condition: I do not have a player so I unfortunately cannot play-test any of the albums for sale. I will try to the best of my abilities to describe any and all issues that each LP may have.
"Introducing ... The Beatles" : Vinyl has some marks, some hairlines, some a little bit bigger. Nothing that looks like it could be felt. The labels on this record are nearly flawless with amazing color and a lack of wear. I strongly believe that this record will play through without skips or jumps. The cover is in nice shape, very clean picture on the front with very little ring wear. There is what looks like dried black ink but very little towards the middle of the cover. I have included the worst of it in the pictures. Some wear on the opening edge but not much. Very little seam wear on the upper seam and the spine. Spine is perfectly legible except for the corners where there is some wear. There is a small split from the opening edge on the bottom seam, about 3 inches. There is some wear to the bottom seam but for the most part looks solid. The original inner sleeve has some damage. A large seam split on the right side, 8 inches. It has a small tear on the opening edge, about half an inch. Original glue that holds the paper sleeve together has bled through on the flaps.

I will ship albums with records (in plain paper sleeves) outside of the album cover to prevent damage during transit. If the album comes with an original inner sleeve, it will be placed behind the album cover within its plastic outer sleeve. Any kind of inserts will be inside the album cover. I always ship albums in plastic outer sleeves with new plain white inner sleeves.
