Description
Hello Rock and Psyche fans!! Great for collectors and die hard Doors fans!!!
Here is the 1st and ORIGINAL issue in MONO from 1967 on Elektra records!! The EKL-4007 catalog. (33 RPM) A must have for collectors!!!!! Get it now!! On the back of the cover, the copyright is Nipper Music ASCAP.
The songs are:
You know the songs by now---
Please check out my other rare LP's---Led Zeppelin's DEBUT LP and in MINT condition!! and others!!
It is in a full solid color. The picture does NO justice!!
This is an authentic original, NOT reissues.
NO writing anywhere!!! The vinyl is in EX-NM-NM condition. (would be a grade better for only one mark on vinyl--grades are in between or better) A side has a --name sticker-- could possibly be removed with goo gone--located above "The Doors" and below-partially over "Elektra". B side is clean and perfect. It comes with the original thick Elektra paper sleeve & a new plastic outer sleeve for protection. Collectors and dealers opinions will always vary but this is a strong EX-NM. Original throughout!!! Cover thick and strong--NO split seams here!!! I would grade the cover edges EX-NM-NM overall! (in between grades to NM) Almost forgot to mention inner sleeve condition--NO writing to any part--small rips to the 3 sides--not big enough for the record to fall through.
Record grading guided by Goldmine (graded in light):
MINT: No scuffs, scratches, blotches, stains, labels, writing, tears or splits. Perfect.
NEAR MINT (NM): A Record that may have one or two tiny, minor flaws such as light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of the sleeves that do not affect play.
EXCELLENT (EX or VG+): A Record has been handled and played either very little or very carefully. The vinyl may have lost some but not all of it's original luster or have a slight scratch that doesn't affect play.
VERY GOOD (VG): A Record that displays visible signs of handling and playing such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. A VG record may look like it will have some audible surface noise when it is played, although any noise should not overwhelm the music or ruin the listening experience.
GOOD (G): The Record is well played, with any number of defects such as complete loss of surface sheen, obvious surface noise, etc.
