Description
2401002 on Atlantic label. 1970 Led Zeppelin album "Led Zeppelin III". Tracks are: Immigrant Song, Friends, Celebration Day, Since I've Been Loving You, Out On The Tiles, Gallows Pole, Tangerine, That's The Way, Bron-Y-Aur Stomp, Hats Off To (Roy) Harper.
This terrific and very rare album is in very good plus condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has just a very small amount of the very faintest lightest wispy hairline marks. These have no effect on the play. There are no scratches. The labels show just five ever so light spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks. The label states "Produced by Jimmy Page" and "Executive Producer: Peter Grant". The label also has the number 2401002 without a break in the middle. On the run out are the words "Do What Thou Wilt" scratched on on side one and on side two are the words "So Mote It Be".
The matrix numbers are: 2401002 A6 OPV and 2401002 B5 . These are scratched on the run out.
The fully laminated gate fold cover with wheel is in fabulous excellent plus to near mint condition. No rips, splits or tears. Perfect spine with no crushing. Perfect opening edges with no fraying. No handling marks and no laminate lifting or peeling.
Great very rare album.
