Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.

52 years ago original press of 3rd Led Zeppelin LP with "spinning wheel" cover ...
The sound is sensational, far better than the USA pressing
This is the most enjoyable Zeppelin album we've heard by far. Its fusion of hard rock and folk music really make it seem like a musical journey. It seems more human, and it's an album that one can really emotionally connect to. The album also infuses Celtic folk music, so it may be the perfect Led Zeppelin album for many.
The breakdown:
Immigrant Song - An amazing energetic & screaming album opener with great smooth production. Readily one of the all-time Zeppelin greats with rampaging glory!
Friends - A haunting track with genius placement on the album. The folk influence on this album are clearly prevalent with the acoustic guitar. This is layered with a haunting string section. This track is perfectly placed because it keeps the foreboding mood of the opener, but adds the folk elements of the album.
Celebration Day - A bit of the chugging funk rock Zeppelin would be famous for a few years later. Also contains an explosive chorus that truly sounds like a celebration. Jimmy Page sure shreds the guitar on this track.
Since I've Been Loving You - One of the best songs on this amazing album. A guitar epic with grand production. Surprised this isn't universally considered one of the top 5 best Led Zeppelin songs.
Out On The Tiles - A great energetic blues rock/hard rock track with infectious chorus. The type of Zeppelin sound that made them famous.
Side II
Gallows Pole - The first track on the B-side. This is where the folk influences really reveal themselves. This is an amazing cover of a Celtic folk song. That fast and repetitive 5-string part is almost psychedelic.
Tangerine - A great rural folk-rock song that captures the beauty of country life. The grand production really evokes a country scene.
That's The Way - One of the most beautiful acoustic songs on the album, pure beauty. The flatted note on the word "play" at about 1 minute and 41 seconds in shows that blues rock elements are still prevalent even on the most folksy song on the album. Little details like this show that every song here is connected and evokes the same mood.
Bron-Y-Cur Stomp - If you love dogs, Celtic music, and fretless basses, this one may really up your alley. (Okay, this one actually doesn't use a fretless bass, but it uses a bass effect that sounds similar to a fretless bass.)
Hats Off to (Roy) Harper - Sure, it's the weakest song but the vocal effects here are really cool.
An instant favorite of so many after being criticized upon release in 1970. Has the same appeal as Pink Floyd's Meddle and Atom Heart Mother, in that it's a beautiful, folk-influenced, off-the-beaten-path album.

- The cover: rated: "EX" (excellent) to M- very nice laminated British gatefold with a crafty spinning wheel that still works very nicely. Overall far superior to the USA and other pressings in the same ... with bright colors...no writing, no delete marks, no split seams
