Vintage 12" 33rpm 3-LP Box Set with songbook brochure
The rarely-offered original edition of Christian music from the controversial religious cult founded by Victor Paul Wierwille, performed by two high-ranking and long-serving members, Rhoda Wierwille and Dorothy Owens.
The Way International (TWI) did not sell these to outsiders -- in fact, the enclosed songbook brochure includes instructions on exactly how this music was supposed to be used:
By homemakers to listen to while doing housework.
For family sing-alongs
"Wonderful for singing in tongues."
Also, side 6 was intended to be used in religious services.
Brochure includes introductions by founder V.P. Wierwille and the directors of Way Productions, the music arm of TWI, Ted Ferrell and his wife Mardelle.
Way Productions was founded in 1971, and released many albums of Christian music on the Almond Tree Records label in every genre from traditional to psychedelic rock. Some of the artists were:
