We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. While the Ya Ho Wha 13 tribe's psychedelic freakouts and it's associated mythos have been much lauded and roundly investigated in hipster quarters over the last several years, there has been a complete absence of discussion about a similar and yet far more advanced spiritual/musical tribe by the name of Arica. Unlike Father Yod's teachings though, which were largely limited to those in his tribe, *this* hippie group's philosophy would go on to shape the entire thrust of Alejandro Jodorowsky's The Holy Mountain, merely THE greatest motion picture in cinema history. All principal actors appearing in the film were required to undertake a rigorous weeks long preparation in Arica training before filming began.

Now add to all of the above this salient detail: despite it's American origin, sonically, this is on par with the absolute best krautrock ever recorded! How 'bout a combination of Dzyan-Electric Silence, Deuter-D, Limbus 4 and the most ethnically tripped passages of Wolfgang Dauner's Et Cetera? Does that work for all you heads out there? Side A in particular is getting about as deep "in the pudding" as I've ever heard any psychonauts venture. Truly...I don't think the vibes coming off this thing could be any heavier unless the sleeve itself had been dipped in a psilocybin bath. It's supernaturally heightened atmosphere is so potently keyed into the cosmos it's almost painfully poignant to confront in this age of reduced expectations. Aria Audition delivers plenty of mystic trance with tablas, acoustic guitar, piano, and creepy voices. All four sides are meditative adventurous tranced-out sounds.

Mostly the music oozes along like the serpent of knowledge furrowing a subtle course through the folds of your cerebral cortex, funneling into the soul like a pure salve. At times it leans towards omming drones, at others it becomes more upbeat with percussion, keys, restrained winds and acoustic bass intertwining their melodious threads, without once becoming twee or New Agey. The closest comparison would have to be the first three albums by Between,  Deuter’s ‘Aum’, Dzyan’s ‘Electric Silence’ and Bruce Palmer’s ‘The Cycle is Complete’.

CONDITION: The cover: rated: rated VG+ thick gatefold cover has rub wear starting pretty much only around the edges, nothing pronounced, light cover wear only, altogether surely collectible, just not mint.    still has a fresh appearance -- there are no delete marks, no split seams, no bends, and no writing  ... VERY collection worthy artifact
