Description

[zipedit]

This Instrumental has a story to tell...
Entebbe is a town on a peninsula in Lake Victoria, in Central Uganda. In 1976 Israeli commandos flew 2,000 miles into the heart of Africa to bring home over 100 Jewish hostages  whose Air France flight had been hijacked to Uganda by Palestinian and German terrorists, abetted by  Ugandan strongman Idi Amin. Hence the release of this Reggae Instrumental in 1977
This Instrumental is based on Hava Nagila, a Hebrew song of rejoice which relates to the  100 Jewish hostages that were bought safely home.
