It has been a long time since I've spun a record, but I went to one of our vintage record shops and borrowed a turntable to try it out again. It took me back to the "old days". Nothing like old vinyl. I played each record and the recordings which were made at the Capital Theater sound pretty good, but there is some crackling and back ground noise. It's an old recording and I don't think they had the technology back then that they have now. I'm sure this is a bootleg copy, but it's Bruce Springsteen live in 1978. One of the sleeves says "From Poppy With Love". Not sure what that means....
I think these records need to be cleaned, which I have not done. I didn't want to mess anything up.
There were some skips, but I put a little more weight on the needle, and it seemed to clear that up. I'm starting this auction at a low price. Please look at the pictures I have included pictures to give you an idea of the condition, because they are pics of the actual albums you will receive.
