Description
Up for sale is a 10” picture disc split record of Tyler, The Creator and Prophet. The songs featured on here are Peach Fuzz and Wanna Be Your Man.
Picture disc record itself is in pretty good shape. I have only spun this maybe twice ever and it sounded good (for a picture disc). The outer sleeve is a whole different story though.
The outer sleeve is in pretty rough shape. There are splits along pretty much each edge, some tape going on here and there, I tried my best to picture all of the visible damage. I missed the initial drop of this record when it first released, so I ended up buying it second hand, hence why the sleeve is in awful shape. It has pretty much stayed in the same condition since I bought it.
The paper insert is in good shape, slight bending/creasing going on but it’s in a lot better shape than the outer sleeve.
The record peeks out from the sleeve, it’s really hard to keep it in place if you’re holding it, but if it sits on a shelf it’ll stay put, it’ll just slightly poke out from the sides due to the shape of the record. If you have a spare outer sleeve that’s in really nice shape, you can easily put the record and insert in that instead of this one, the record and insert are in pretty good shape by themselves.
Honestly if you like Tyler or Prophet this would be a good collectible to add to your collection. This picture disc has gone up in value since 2021, and they’ve never repressed it, so this is the only pressing of it for now.
