Description
Oh My, This is an original 1968 Liberty Records STEREO vinyl LP album entitled " Boogie With Canned Heat " (LST-7541). This classic rock LP by this legendary band is in COLLECTOR CONDITION as to the vinyl, the original Liberty Records inner sleeve and the outer jacket. This amazing blues-rock music produced by this shiny vinyl is about as good as it gets. The very shiny heavy vinyl is not warped and has clean labels (no spindle marks) but does have a few superficial scuffs that do not materially impact the great sound and listening experience of this recording. We rate this vinyl's overall condition as Excellent (EX) using Goldmine standards. The original Liberty inner sleeve depicts 36 other LPs of the day and is in splendid NM condition without added writings, tears or edges that have cut through (slits).
The outer jacket is just splendid with eye-catching color art by famed artist John Douglas Cline The cover reflects the painted facial portraits of each of the five artists making up Canned Heat for this album. This cover would be an awesome one to frame for one so inclined. Only some very light softening of the jacket corners are noted on this gem of a jacket. We rate this jacket as Near Mint (NM). This 49+ year-old album will come with a new poly slip-on outer sleeve to help protect it for another 1/2 century and more for future generations to enjoy!
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket.
