PLEASE READ FIRST!
I'm having to make this even clearer as people are still buying records I'm grading low and as a 'collection filler', and then complain about the audio quality when they try to play them. As I do not own a record player I VISUALLY GRADE my records, so I cannotguarantee that discs will be click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).
All photos are of the actual item on sale. I do not use stock or 'borrowed' images.

Mega Rare Decca Contract Press!
On offer here is an original pressing of the Beatles LP 'With The Beatles' on the UK Parlophone label. This is the very rare Decca contract press!
When 'With the Beatles' was released at the end of 1963 the album it knocked from the number 1 spot was Please Please Me. So EMI had this overwhelming demand not only for the Beatles' debut album, but also their follow-up album. It's my opinion that this demand got so great at the end of 1963 that EMI contracted Decca to press a number of copies to keep on top of this demand. I believe that Decca were contracted to run off a quantity of both Please Please Me and With The Beatles album at this time.

Title With The Beatles Year of Release 1963 Catalogue Number PMC 1206 Label Yellow / Black Parlophone with Parlophone rimtext and no Sold in UK statement Tax Code on Disc - Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod and Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number XEX 447-7N Side 2 Matrix Number XEX 448-7N Side 1 Stampers 3 / Side 2 Stampers 2 7 / Cover Condition The sleeve is in G+/VG- condition. The cover is showing its age but, overall, is holding up okay. The front is looking decent with just some small creases and the remains of some tape running down the mouth edge. The back has yellowed a little and has some wear as you can see in the photos below. Inner Sleeve Condition - Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in VG+/EX- condition. The disc is looking really nice and clean with a good shine on it, and has just some light scuffing. Label Condition The labels are in EX- condition. Both labels are clean with some light wear as you can see in the photos below.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
Records are posted out tracked and insured (where applicable) to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra
sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.
My Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.price rating
