Description

Released in 1961, comes this LP by Robert Johnson entitled King Of The Delta Blues Singers on Columbia CL1654 MONO 6 eye label. EXCEEDINGLY rare FIRST issue on the 6 eye label! This cover is a number "2" cover as indicated by the numeral 2 on the lower right of rear cover. This is only the third time in 26 plus years I've ever seen this record! This is the only time I've ever had it! Almost as rare as Robert Johnson's 78s. Contains 16 cuts of tremendous raw and gutsy blues as only Robert Johnson can sing them! It will be a long time before you see another copy of this LP on the 6 eye label! Slight ring on front cover, tiny price lower right corner, VG++ cover and mint minus LP!  ALL RECORDS GRADED VISUALLY WITH BRIGHT LIGHT AND 26 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!!!
