Rare Brasil Beatles record from 1970 in good condition

Apple BTL 1013 MONO

Release date: 1970

1st press

 

The record is graded as VG+. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! Has a few light surface hairlines/scratches. NOT the typical scratched copy !  The record is 100% flat and plays without  skips or sticks.

The cover is in pretty good condition because (like most South American covers from the 60ies) it is wrapped in plastic. Has light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures). But NO hand writings or tears. 

Both label are free fron any unwanted hand writings or stickers.
