This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

Vinyl: VG-...Lovely dull sheen and as flat as the day it was bought. There are quite a few LIGHT marks, but having just finished listening to the record I found there to be some background crackle throughout.
NO JUMPS OR SKIPS
Labels: VG+ Lovely and clean. Light spindle marks evident when angled to the light, with hardly any hole wear to either side. "KT" tax code to side 1.

"Sold in the UK" central statement.
Inner Sleeve: EX, plain white die-cut inner.
Cut-Outs: They are the ORIGINAL dark green cut-outs, but the moustache has been cut out and used....Other than that they are in superb condition..

RARE 4th PROOF
These were accidentally released in TINY quantities as they were never meant for the general public-This is what makes them so incredibly rare.
The idea was to do a small run of these with the view of the flipbacks being changed to be UNDER the inner slick, rather than the earlier outer flipbacks.
They can be identified by a number of pointers:
Back cover:
"Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents Pending."
Inside flipback: "Fourth Proof" top right corner.
"AR. D1321" near the spine on the right gatefold.
The front cover is still lovely and bright, as are the back cover and the inner picture..bright, Bright, BRIGHT! The down side is quite a bit of wear to the spine-making the title illegible, as well as splits.
Not much spidering to the laminated front and back cover.
Lovely colour to the inside picture too.
If it weren't for the worn spine, she would easily get an EX rating!
I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
