Description
RARE VERSION of Beatles Yesterday and Today-
this is the Club reissue 1966 identified with 3 black bands in upper left of cover and number 16 on back bottom right corner. Label on media is COLORBAND, which is less common than the lime green club version and more valuable.
Also: The print at the rim of the label states that the records were "Manufactured under license from Capitol..." rather than "Mfd. by Capitol."
This record club edition features true stereo versions of 'Dr. Robert', 'I'm Only Sleeping' and 'And Your Bird Can Sing'. These songs were reprocessed stereo on the original LP and some reissues.
Media plays well with minor surface noise from age that doesn't detract from the music. Minor scratches and marks (see pics) does not affect play. Have tested both sides fully and get good playback
Cover has shrink wrap but is opened and worn a bit. I'll put a plastic sleeve around it for extra protection included in order. One small seam split at bottom right (see pic)
Inner sleeve is generic, but will also have a plastic Mobile Fidelity higher quality inner sleeve.
This version gets overlooked with everyone hunting the butcher covers and is the more rare of the stereo club reissues.
