- Cover: VG+VG++ (Wear along edges and corners. Front cover is bowed in the middle. Back has a few ripple )
- Record: 1) VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 6 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides) 2) VGVG (Both sides 2 & 5 has surface noise, can still hear clearly) 3) VGVG (Both sides 3 & 4 has surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG VGVG+ VGVG (Side 1, 6, 2, 3 & 4 has some scribbling and some wear around the center hole. Side 5 has a tiny bit of wear around center hole)
