VERY RARE and HIGHLY SOUGHT! BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN "BACK TO THE ROOTS" UNRELEASED LIVE; MILAN, ITALY, 1985; 4-LPs with picture labels Gatefold cover with fascinating contemplative facial study of Springsteen in the centerfold. Includes song sheet insert (though poster is missing).
This live recording was taken from Springsteen's very first concert in Milan, Italy, 1985. The performances are among the very best of Springsteen's career, backed by the two-fisted assault of the East Street Band. Songs include high octane versions of "Out in the Street," "Born in the U.S.A.," Because the Night," "Trapped," "Cover Me," "Prove it all Night," " Downbound Train," among other Springsteen originals; plus an emotional cover of Elvis Presley's "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You" and a killer cover of John Fogerty's "Rockin' All Over the World." LRollicking, knockout performances.
