Lee Gagnon "Jérémie" OST
Opus
File Under: Lee Gagnon Soulman Breaks Breakbeat Soundtrack Funk Don Habib Guido Basso Marc Bélanger Opus HolyGrail OST
It's a pleasure to once again offer this extraordinary soundtrack to a Quebecois Jazz Ballet. You've heard it on Dusty Fingers 10 and Candian Racer, Soulman's compiled it, Blaxploitation.com raves about it, and every producer and funk DJ wants a copy. Mere hype? Heck no! The massive breaks are bonkers (3, 4? I loose count) and "Jalousie" and "Les Passants Du Soir" are huge, eclectic, wah-wah-filled club tracks. It's true this album used to be a relatively easy find in Montreal, but in the past four years I've only encountered three in the field. Thus a small reserve. BONUS: This super clean copy includes a New Year's card signed by Lee Gagnon! That's the kind of service you get from Waxing Deep!
This by far the cleanest copy of Jérémie out of the half-dozen or so I've seen. I give it a conservative NM-. The gatefold jacket has moderate ring-wear.
I answer questions promptly and happily so don't hesitate to contact me with inquiries. Sound samples are available upon request.
For one LP, two-week uninsured airmail shipping costs $5US to Canada, $5.50US to the USA and $10US to Europe and Japan. Insurance is available but costs more. I accept Paypal, Bidpay, IMOs, and cash at your own risk.
Send me an email to receive my regular Canadian/Quebecois/Brazilian bossa-jazz-funk-soul-garage-rock-prog "index"! I also accept "requests"! (Can you tell that certain words are verboten?)
