GRADING:
I will visually grade the vinyl, and assign one of the following grades: 1, 2 or 3
Since I sell them the way I find them, some of the vinyl could use a light cleaning to get a little dust off of them.
1. Very Light/Light scratches (no such thing as mint in my grading) should provide very enjoyable listening.
2. Moderate scratches (will probably have some light background noise but not overpowering)
3. A lot of small scratches, will probably have moderate background noise. Is still worthy of collecting until a better copy comes along.
LABEL: VALMOR LP 78
VINYL GRADE: 1, VERY NICE!! I ONLY SAW ONE VERY LIGHT SMALL SURFACE MARK.
COVER: STILL IN SHRINK, OR SHOULD I SAY PLASTIC, AS THAT IS WHAT THEY USED BACK THEN. THERE IS A 2 1/4" SPLIT AT THE BOTTOM OPENING AND A TEENIE TINY BIT OF RINGWEAR TO THE BOTTOM FRONT. OTHERWISE SUPER NICE.
NOTES:
Although Valmor issued two other albums by other artists, it was a short-lived label used mainly as a vehicle for Cathy Jean and Roomates releases. With such a small group of artists, it was only a matter of time before the hits stopped coming and the label couldn't sustain itself financially. That point was in September, 1962, when Valmor closed its doors.
