Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. At some point in the early '70's the infamous Rubber Dubber label (forerunners of T.M.O.Q.) were raided, which spelled the end for the Rubber Dubber label ... shortly after the 'raid' this album popped up as a "Rubber Dubber" issue ...word up has it that it wasn't Rubber Dubber ...(read further...)

So who did this album? We would suggest that it was CBM (the equally infamous "Contraband Music" label), pretending to be Rubber Dubber - raised out of the ashes:
...The Stones concert was recorded at CBM's home turf, the Scope in Norfolk, VA

 ...whatever the case...This is generally considered to be the best audience recording of the Rolling Stones 1972 U.S. tour supporting their then just released "Sticky Fingers" album. It's been copied numerous times but supposedly this first issue was pressed from the master tape. The guitars, instruments and vocals are recorded fantastically well... bass and drums are distant, as usual for the 1972 Performance, even though rated "excellent"). The STONES were completely locked into one another and on time, like a championship team in its finest, most fluid moments. But only people who listen, like Ian Stewart, and the Stones themselves and their supporting musicians, are aware of the magic that was going down!

CONDITION: The cover: The cover and unique phot slick is clean "EX" (excellent) to M- a great example of this very rare Lp ... the slick is taped on at all 4 corners just as first released ...everything in order per first issue ... no bends, no writing and no split seams...

The vinyl: all clean and clear, near M- a TOP copy for this LP ... both picture labels are clean
