Description
WOW, IT WILL BE MOST UNLIKELY TO FIND A NICER VINYL THAN LISTED HERE FOR THIS ULTRA RARE LP ALBUM BY THE LEGENDARY SINGER-SONGWRITER LEFTY FRIZZELL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIXTH EDITION (2009) GOLDMINE RECORD ALBUM PRICE GUIDE LISTS THIS RARE ALBUM AT $120 FOR ONE IF IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. This album is NOT in NM condition however the vinyl is in excellent condition (see below).
This is the original 1959 ultra rare Columbia Records release on the six-eye label entitled " The One and Only Lefty Frizzell " (CL 1342) which includes many of Lefty's penned hits. See the incredible track listing on the cover.
The condition of the Columbia Six-Eye label vinyl itself is EX+ condition (Goldmine standards). This vinyl produces an exceptional MONO sound without any distraction throughout based on a test play (NO surface noises, pops, skips, etc). The outer jacket is rated as only in VG condition (see above "condition description"). Also included is the original blue Columbia inner sleeve from 1959 (few issues) and a new generic inner sleeve to help keep the 58 year old vinyl in its present condition. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is also included.
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket.
