It's sealed in a white album cover with no markings.  Contains a center hole to see the record details. USA Printed in 1976 by Warner Bros Burbank
I believe this to be an original release Promo record. But there's no markings to indicate this. This is just speculation. Either way, I've seen this record sealed in this cover before. Very rare.
