Description

Rare and highly sought-after FIRST RECORDINGS by DAVID RUFFIN. "You and I" and "Believe Me" were recorded for Vega Records in 1958 when David was 17 years old and released in January of 1959 under the name of Little David Bush, using the last name of his legal guardian. Conservatively graded as VG+ although some may grade it higher. Both sides are shiny with no skips, scuffs or major scratches.  This record is being sold from a large collection belonging to a recently deceased collector in the northeastern United States.  It has been in his collection for more than 30 years.
