Hello and thank you for looking at my auction item. Please read and look at pictures carefully as sale is final. Please excuse any flash spots or fuzziness in pictures as this is the best I can do.
I will be listing many Estate items for your holiday shopping so please keep checking back often.
The husband's wife recently passed away at 78 he is 80. He stated that his wife worked at a record store from 1948 to the late 50's. She would purchase each new Elvis record that came out and put it in a custom plastic sleeve made for 45's. He stated that they had never been played and were stored in a climate controlled environment since.

PLEASE notice there are 2 light scratches on MERRY CHRISTMAS side.
Otherwise both record and sleeve are Excellent/NM unplayed per owner ( I do not know).
Don't wait on this you may never see another in this condition for a long time. I am no expert on grading record's so I have told you all I know. It appears like new NM. Please look at pictures carefully. Thank you.
