Description
Up for auction is the ULTRA RARE and FANTASTIC first release by the Houston, Texas artist Mickey Gilley. This 45 was released in 1957 on the Minor label. It is minor 106 and it is GUARANTEED ORIGINAL!! This is a chance to own an unbelievably hard to find Rock-a-billy 45. The tracks are "Tell me why" and "Ooh wee baby". I have added a one minute sample (pulled directly from this record with no enhancement) showcasing the hot guitar licks and the awesome sound.
Record condition is VG++. The labels are free of any writing and have no tears! They display very slight wear (see the hi-def scans). The tracks play all the way through with no skipping or pops. Background noise can be heard. There are only minor scuffs and scratches that in no way detract from the overall presentation and playability of this incredible find. These records do not come up very often for auction and are next to impossible to obtain in this condition. Thank you for looking!
