Description
This is a lovely copy of an obscure single by The Weird-Ohs: "Leaky Boat Louie" b/w "Digger" (Mercury 72410). Featuring the songwriting talents of Gary Usher and another one-time collaborator with the Beach Boys, Roger Christian (who co-wrote the A side). The Weird-Ohs was a studio concocted group that released two LPs promoting the work of artist and Hot Rod extraordinaire, Ed Roth. These two songs are taken from the LP "The Weird-Ohs" (MG-20976). Produced by Reuben Klamer.
The record shows some label wear, but no sticker, tears, or writing. And no drill hole, either (so many copies of this single have a drill hole (as do copies of another Beach Boys related single issued on Mercury, Basil Swift & the Seegrams' "Farmer's Daughter").
A very small scuff mars the "Digger" side. Otherwise, the vinyl is gorgeous. Overall, EX condition.
