"DIAPOSITIVE" Massimo Guantini
ORIGINAL 1977 GEMELLI LABEL STEREO PRESSING, CATALOG#. GBN 301, ITALY.
Fantastic and very RARE LP from the vaults of Gemelli, this a real underrated jewel. KILLER italian Smooth Jazz Library with amazing Breaks, Jazzy drums, Lounge guitars, frenetic Piano and Fender Rhodes, hypnotic Jazz-Funk and Pop rhythms. Music composed and arranged by Massimo Guantini and Sandro Brugnolini, who signed all the tracks here. Rarely appeared, this fantastic gem is still quite unknown and not to be missed!

General Smoothy and Breaks all over this dope Library with excellent Moody tracks. Nice Smooth Jazz on the opening track "TOPOGRAFIE" followed by the fantastic "QUORUM", the best track my opinion with crazy Jazz Breaks and nice guitar and Fender Rhodes solos. "SUGAR'S BREAD" features Jazzy drums and Downtempo Moody sweet melody with Lounge refrains, similar in style to Rino De Filippi's RIFLESSI. "ALTA VEGETAZIONE" amazing hypnotic fast Electronic/Pop Jazz, easily Italian Jazz top notch in Library music. Another Downtempo groovy shot on "STORMY SESSION", Fender Rhodes and Breaks, Psychedelic winds, obstinated groove backed by Moody Jazz drums. In "SVILUPPO NEGATIVO" we find an usual theme: cinematic tension/dramatic vocals, tensed and dark atmosphere. So Rare and hard to get especially in this pristine shape, unique!
