Up for bid is a rare NEW OLD STOCK Columbia Viva-Tonal Race Series 78rpm record of Laughing Charlie who I was told is a brother to Barbecue Bob and who was hanged for killing his wife. I was told this so if I have been misinformed please let me know. Some real good guitar and vocals on this.This is DEFINITELY a record that could be used for a master to copy from for a unique CD. This came from a group of new old stock records I bought and all were in their CRISP original sleeves! Unfortunately there were no duplicates of the good stuff! It looks as if this record never has been played with a steel needle. Record plays just fine with no clicks or surface noise. These Columbia's have a unique sound of their own.
