Original 1974 U.S. pressing of Stepson on ABC/Dunhill Records (ABCS-X-85). Produced by Richard Podolor (Three Dog Night, Iron Butterfly). Features members Jeff Hawks and Joey Newman (Touch, Don & the Goodtimes). Tracks include Rule in the Book, Man I Know, and Lil’ Bit.
Vinyl visually grades VG+ some surface wear and light marks but plays through with minor noise. Cover shows edge wear and some ring wear (see photos). Includes original ABC/Dunhill inner sleeve with silhouette artwork.
This copy comes from the private collection of a legendary Detroit crate-digger and one-time DJ and bears the marks of his preservation methods—such as light taping on edges and faint etching for cataloging—classic signs of a collector who knew his history.
