Description

An original pressing from 1968 with the only record ever made by Icelandic hippie/beat group Flowers, issued on Icelandic label Tónaútgáfan (T 104). The tracks are Glugginn, Blómið (instrumental), Slappaðu af (an Icelandic cover of soul number "Think") and Andvaka. The record is in VG+ condition, with some surface marks that certainly affect the sound. Cover is VG+ as well, with a name written on the front with a ball-pen. This record very rarely turns up. It may be mentioned that the drummer, Gunnar Jökull Hákonarson, is mentioned in the reference book "Tapestry of Delights" as he played temporarily with the UK group "Syn" that later became "Yes".
