Jon Eardley "Hey There" on Prestige 207, an original mono, deep groove, W. 50th St. label pressing.  RVG etching and ear in deadwax.
The vinyl is in clean VG++ condition, very well preserved with very light superficial inner sleeve storage scuffs, extremely slight storage warp DNAP.  The cover is in VG+ condition, no writing, 1" split bottom seam, clean corners, light shelf wear, small crease top right corner, well preserved.
