MONO LP 1967
Inner sleeve bears original blue stamps:
Made In ENGLAND
British Patent No. 800513 & 973939
Authentic 1967 First Press Edition of Hendrix’s debut album.
Highly collectible. Extremely hard to find due to limited quantity still in circulation. A valuable addition for serious collectors.
RECORD CONDITION: MINT/NM
SLEEVE CONDITION: VG+
DESCRIPTION:
- 12" vinyl record MONO with all original packaging, including inner and outer sleeve;
- Sleeve / Front Cover: Laminated full-color printing; the main image that spans the front cover is in perfect condition; it is only along the edges of the sleeve that you see some slight signs of wear, but the majority of it is in beautiful condition;
- Sleeve / Back Cover: Unlaminated black + white half-tone printing; like the front cover, some signs of wear along the edges, but again, the main back cover is still in excellent condition;
- Inner Sleeve: White paper has yellowed over the years and shows some signs of wear, but it still has the thin inner plastic sleeve inside the paper sleeve; most importantly, it bears the original blue stamps that indicate: Made In ENGLAND British Patent No. 800513 & 973939;
- Vinyl: Black & Silver matte labels on record; both sides of the record are in Mint/Near Mint condition; plays perfect; no marks, scratches or scuffs; has catalog number etched into the dead wax on both sides.
PLEASE REFERENCE PHOTOS FOR TRUE TO LIFE CONDITION
I took care to accurately capture the exact condition of the album, its jacket, and the inner sleeve, so you know exactly what you’re getting. I’ve noticed many other sellers provide really vague/crappy photos of their supposedly “Mint” condition version of this album, which seems a bit shady to me.

____________
All of my albums come from the private collection of a 20+ year London Records Executive who worked for the label in New York City during the 60s, 70s, and into the early to mid-80s. My uncle and I inherited his entire record collection. Every LP we list comes exclusively out of that private collection.
