Regardless of the musical genre, Jimi Hendrix's influence is universally amassing and unconditionally staggering, especially when considering his short life. So powerful was his impact that it didn't matter who came first, ALL guitarists were affected by Hendrix: From Wes Montgomery to John McLaughlin, Keith Richards to Peter Green, Carlos Santana to Eric Clapton; blues, hard rock, folk, punk, grunge, heavy metal, jazz, country, it doesn't matter, Hendrix influenced all artists and all genres of the musical globe.
