Description

Up for auction is a very rare pressing of Jimi's best effort, Electric Ladyland. Japanese records are some of the highest quality you can get. This particular specimen is Polydor MPX 9955/6 double lp. I believe it was released around 1968. The cover is the us-banned "nude cover", with inside gatefold pictures of Jimi, Noel, and Mitch. The cover condition is very good, it does have a bit of edge wear, but it is not bad. Included inside is a puu-out sheet with the lyrics in both Japanese and English. The vinyl is in NM condition, it has been played but looks as if it never has. Original gloss looks as good as the day it was made, nearly perfect. They have been kept in the original plastic sleeves. The records are pressed on a beautiful, high-quality, virgin-grade vinyl, which is usually used for audiophile, extended-dynamic-range, half-speed mastered and connoisseur pressings. Japanese versions are know for superior quality and sound. Any other questions, just ask! Shipping will be $4 in the USA, but i will gladly ship worldwide. Thanks and please check my other auctions for more rare items.
