Description
ULTRA RARE and HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE!
JIMI HENDRIX "EXPERIENCE" Original Soundtrack to the Motion Picture of there same name. Spectacular original French LP pressing on translucent LEMON-YELLOW-COLORED VINYL! Released 1979, Vogue P.I.P. (VG 201 MD.9011). Stunningly gorgeous laminated cover with original manufacturer's promotional sticker affixed to the cover and the official brown paper Vogue inner sleeve.Remarkable live performance of the original Jimi Hendrix Experience at the Royal Albert hall, London, on September 18, 1970, with the blistering drumming of Mitch Mitchell and the freight-train rolls of Noel Redding's bass lines. And at the helm, of course, is the immortal Jimi Hendrix with guitar sounds comparable to no one before, during, or after his untimely death. Now, all three of these master musicians have passed.
Songs include "Opening Jam," "Little Ivey," "Room Full of Mirrors," "Fire," "C Blues," "Purple Haze," "Wild Thing," and "Voodoo Chile."
It doesn't matter who came first, Jimi Hendrix has influenced everyone from Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin to Jeff Beck, and Pete Townsend of The Who to Stone Goddard and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam, and Eric Clapton, Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd, and Kurt Cobain of Nirvana.
MINT- Vinyl!!! MINT- Cover!!! STRONG EXCELLENT Inner Sleeve!!! Only a small, but clean and intact tear on the back side.
And remember: When you buy from me, you are buying the VERY best!
