Description
Up for sale today is a rare Jazz LP. John Coltrane Quartet Ballads with McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison, & Elvin Jones. On cover, it says Stereo A-32. The cover is VG+ with some of the clear laminate starting to peel on the bottom and back. A very old $3.99 sticker is on cover. The corners all have minor dings and dents. Please review photos carefully to determine your own grading off the cover.
Record has a new white inner sleeve, and I would grade the record VG+ in accordance with a few scratches on side 1. A light, non feel-able scratch runs through songs 2-4. record has 3 or 4 other light marks. Side two has light marks as well, but nothing major. Label is EX, no writing on either side, just light spindle marks which are to be expected. Record could use a deep clean for optimal quality. The matrix number on the record on side one is as follows: AS 32A-1C with what looks to be something like 'Bell Sound' 155 is also written on it in tiny letters. Side two reads AS 32B-1D, with 'Bell Sound' and 15 in tiny letters. This record is unlike any versions listed on Discogs, and we are going to let the market determine the value of this LP.
