Description

The Chicago House Bands (Sunflower ET-1401). Late-’60s UK limited-edition (only 99 copies pressed) reissue LP. Contents: 14 tracks derived from Bluebird/Victor 78s by Frank Tannehill (2), Tampa Red (4), Washboard Sam (3), Jazz Gillum (3) and Yank Rachell (2).

Condition: disc fine, with no visible wear or damage. Jacket (white card with appliquéd illustration on pink paper) is grubby, worn at edges, slightly creased at corners, and with a 3" slit in the bottom edge. A serviceable copy of a rare item produced during the reverberation of the British blues boom.
