The Eyes Of The Beacon Street Union from 1968 on MGM E4517, rare promo-only mono version! You won't find this mix on your stock copy or on any CD reossue, it only exists on these promo LPs and is the definitive way to hear this album. Way better balance in all the tracks, no wonky '60s stereo effects here, just the purest mono analog power! These guys from Boston, MA made a few incredible tracks including "My Love Is"... This is their best LP to my tastes. The mono cover shows a bit more of the band's bodies than the stereo version, it has a little bit of light wear on the top / bottom and foxing in the gatefold, I put it at the VG+ level. The disc has a few light scratches on either side so I grade it at VG to be conservative... Guaranteed to play with incredible MONO sound!
